Was born in Paralimni of Cyprus in 1992 and graduated with honours from senior secondary school in 2009.

In 2009 she entered Dental School at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in Greece where she attended as a scholar.
In June 2014 she was awared the title DDS (Doctor of Dental Surgery) on the same University.

In 2016 she continued her studies at Tel Aviv University in Israel, where she joined the 3.5 year specialty program in Orthodontics.
In 2019 she became a certified Specialist in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics. At the same time she received a Masters Degree in the same field.

Since 2019 she lives and works in Cyprus, practicing exclusively the specialty of Orthodontics with contemporary techniques for both children and adults.

She is a certified user of invisible orthodontic techniques such us Invisalign (clear aligners) and Incognito (lingual braces).

Dr. Sonia Ganaiem is a member of the Cyprus Dental Association, the European Orthodontic Society (EOS), the World Federation of Orthodontists (WFO) and the American Association of Orthodontists (AAO).
